stripes + sparkle

This is my 100th post on Rivas Raves! I want to take a moment to thank YOU for reading this and for following me on my blogging journey. I'm proud of what I've established, and I'm excited to make Rivas Raves bigger and better in the new year. Again, thanks so very, very much for your continued support! Okay. Now to the fashion!

The inspiration for this look is what I'm calling "glam-tough-girl-chic." The point was to make a statement on top of a statement, and I think I succeeded.

I paired a black and white striped top with my go-to black skinny jeans and black over-the-knee boots. Alone, these pieces create an outfit that's edgy and motorcycle-ready (all that's missing is the leather jacket, am I right?).
