orange twirl
November already? Life has been an absolute whirlwind! I recently returned to the States from a two-week tour of Europe, and I'm still suffering from a major travel hangover. I had the most magical time, and I'm already itching to go back. I'll be posting more about my adventures abroad soon, but for now, here's one of my favorite looks to date.
What I love most about this outfit is its timeless elegance. The A-line skirt is so classic and girly — it's the quintessential twirl skirt (I definitely spent half this photo shoot spinning around in circles) — and the bright orange hue is perfect fall. To add contrast, I paired it with a sleeveless white bodysuit and heeled sandals. I'm a big advocate for wearing white beyond Labor Day — well into the cooler winter months — because it's unexpected and really makes you stand out.
A gold bangle adds a touch of sparkle that instantly takes this look from day to night. To further "fall-ify" this look, I'd add a jean jacket and swap out the open-toe sandals for closed toe pumps.
