paris daydreams
It's been nearly six months since I last visited Paris. In some ways it feels like another lifetime — a lot has happened in the world between now and last October. But in other ways it feels just like yesterday. Because while you may leave Paris, Paris never really leaves you.
This look aims to capture all that Paris means to me: a sense of wonder, a gratitude toward history, a thirst for possibility. I rarely rock monochromatic ensembles (unless they're all black), so pairing the burgundy turtleneck with the similarly hued skirt is a bit of a departure for me. However, it's striking yet subtle, which pretty much sums up how I feel about the City of Light.
