form-fitting floral

Is there anything better than a form-fitting dress that hugs your curves in all of the right places? Well, a floral form-fitting dress, naturally. This gem is from the Eva Mendes collection at New York & Company (which I'm completely obsessed with, by the way) and it is worth every single penny. As a fellow Latina, what I love most about Eva's designs is how I feel like she's made the pieces just for me (hey, a girl can dream, right?). The fabrics are all high-quality, the fits are totally on-point, and the prints -- oh the prints! -- are absolute perfection. You can tell that she really has an eye for what works on a feminine figure. And, lucky you, because the entire Eva Mendes collection is currently buy one, get one 50% off! Since this dress is such a statement piece, I kept the rest of the look simple with closed-toe black heels and a black necklace. The ensemble was perfect for a fall wedding we attended a few weeks ago at Omaha's Durham Museum, which was built in 1929 as a train station. In its heyday, 64 passenger trains and some 10,000 passengers utilized the facility every day. The station offered a wide range of amenities consistent with the needs of travelers on one of the nation's major rail networks. It's an absolutely beautiful and breathtaking venue, right here in the Heartland.
