What's better than cute activewear? Cute activewear that matches! I am seriously such a sucker for a sports bra and tights in the same pattern. Whenever I need a little extra motivation to get my booty to the gym, I just tell myself, "Put on your cutest workout clothes!" and -- voila! -- I'm ready to get those reps in. As I've professed on my Insta, when it comes to my activewear brand of choice, there's no doubt that I'm a die-hard Nike devotee. Don't get me wrong, I like (and wear) other brands too (Under Armour has amazing bras and Adidas boasts some incredible, eye-catching prints). But if I had to pick just one to wear for the rest of my life, it'd definitely be Nike. Is this blind brand loyalty? Well, perhaps (you are talking to a woman with a million Apple products and a Starbucks gold card, after all). However, in my defense, I have yet to ever be let down or disappointed by a Nike product.

The FuelBand? Love it. Pro gear? Gotta have it. N+TC app? Obsessed.

But what I'm really digging these days is Nike's 90-day Better For It Challenge.

The #betterforit Challenge is all about embracing the notion that exercise can only do you good -- you have everything to gain and nothing to lose. You will be better for it. And, moreover, "better" is a completely subjective term. Your better is different from my better, which is different from her better. It's all about finding what "better" means for you and continually pushing yourself to go above and beyond that.

The challenge kicked off in April, but it's not too late to get started! All you have to do is download the N+TC app and follow the program by participating in the daily workouts. I've found that the challenge is an excellent complement to my existing regimen, and it's definitely helping me go beyond my fitness comfort zone. If you do decide to participate, be sure to friend me on the app (search Mekita Rivas) so we can encourage and motivate each other!

What are you waiting for? Let's go!
